The design of virtual spaces for teaching and learning must nowadays have a "Constructivist and sociocultural" vision so that the educational practices obtain a better development of the knowledge with a joint support of the TIC, thus seeking the quality in the education.

That is why the current teacher must bring together qualities such as creativity, innovation, leadership to promote the search for strategies through technological tools and the design of virtual environments that facilitate student learning.

The main objective of virtual learning environments is to help the personal construction in order to know what meaning and meaning has to learn from the contents but this depends on the individual perspective.

It is important that in the educational field the use of ICT in virtual environments is strengthened and the design of these spaces is promoted as an effective alternative in the acquisition of knowledge.
